I'm Ibrahim. I spent years shipping AI products inside companies that paid five-figure monthly bills to American chatbot vendors that didn't understand a single Lebanese phrase, didn't run on WhatsApp the way customers here actually use it, and treated every tenant like a copy-paste of the last.
Orqelo is what those tools should have been. Multi-tenant from the first commit, Arabic-first in the model layer — not as a translation hack — and built so small businesses and agencies can ship serious conversational AI without hiring an ML team.

- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan includes one workspace, up to 500,000 AI tokens/month, and the core channels (web widget + 1 WhatsApp number). No credit card required.
- Can I white-label the chat widget for my clients?
- Yes — on the Business and Enterprise plans you can remove Orqelo branding and apply your own colours, logo, and custom domain. Perfect for agencies managing multiple client workspaces.
- How does the multi-tenant isolation work?
- Every tenant's data lives in the same Postgres database but behind row-level security (RLS) policies enforced at the database engine. It's physically impossible for one tenant's query to see another's data — even if there's a bug in application code.
- Is Orqelo GDPR-compliant?
- Orqelo is built with GDPR-oriented controls: EU data residency (AWS eu-west-1), per-tenant encryption keys, self-service DSAR endpoints, and a published Data Processing Agreement. A formal audit is on the roadmap; we don't claim current certification.
- Which AI providers do you support?
- OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4, GPT-3.5), Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, and Ollama (self-hosted). You can configure multiple providers with automatic health-aware failover — if one provider degrades, traffic shifts to the next without manual intervention.
- How do I get started?
