Pricing questions
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
A message is any inbound or outbound message that the platform processes — including AI-generated replies. Webhook deliveries and internal system events do not count against your quota.
On Starter (Professional/Business) plans, messages above your monthly quota are billed at the overage rate listed on your plan. On Free, the bot pauses until the next billing cycle. You can always upgrade mid-cycle.
The Free plan is your trial — it's not time-limited. You can ship a working bot and evaluate the platform before paying. There is no separate 14-day trial for Professional or above.
For monthly plans, unused time in a cancelled period is not refunded. For annual plans, contact us within 30 days of payment for a pro-rated refund. Enterprise contracts follow MSA terms.
