Technical implementation
OAuth-based connections
CRM and channel integrations use OAuth 2.0. Orqelo stores only the access token and refresh token — never your CRM password. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
Webhook event bus
Events are published to an internal event bus. Webhook deliveries are processed by a background worker with retry logic and an outbox pattern to guarantee at-least-once delivery.
